Biography

Yu Xueyuan, an in-service doctoral candidate and attending physician, graduated from the School of Medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2004. He works in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and has been engaged in clinical plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than ten years. Over the years, he has focused on academic research in microsurgical eye procedures, comprehensive rhinoplasty, minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, and other fields, constantly striving for perfection. He has presided over a hospital-level fund project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and participated in one National Natural Science Foundation of China project.

In 2003, he was admitted to the seven-year program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He studied and completed his internship at the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, under the tutelage of Professor Shen Guofang, a renowned craniomaxillofacial expert in China. His specialty was maxillofacial reconstructive treatment, and he mastered various diagnostic and surgical techniques for maxillofacial disorders. After graduating in 2010, he worked in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, engaging in reconstructive treatment of the maxillofacial and cervical regions, tumor resection, and post-resection repair and reconstruction, and gained extensive clinical experience. In 2015, he joined Xijing Plastic Surgery Hospital, where he worked under the guidance of Professor Guo Shuzhong, a master of plastic surgery, and Professor Shu Maoguo, a craniomaxillofacial expert, engaging in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
